Fee Structures
We offer a wide range of fee structures to fit each client’s budget, including limited scope retainers and flat rate fees. Typically lawyers bill their time spent on your matter based on an hourly rate ranging from $350.00 – $540.00 per hour, which will be discussed with each client in advance. We also offer flat rate fees for certain uncontested steps in the process, at the discretion of the responsible lawyer.
Our Flat Rate Fees
The Lawyers at Bell and Stock Family Law LLP offer flat rate fees in certain uncontested steps throughout the process. The applicable flat fee is dependent on the complexity of the matter, and is within the discretion of your lawyer. Any flat rate fees that are billed are discussed with the client in advance of the work being completed.
